HILTON Garden Inn KL South’s Rooftop 25 restaurant and The Garden Grille introduce two unique dining experience­s to ravish the taste buds of their guests with sizzling

BBQ flavours and authentic Malay cuisines by our talented Head Chef, Md Nor.

The offers are part of the nationwide “Chup! Makan Dulu” promotion by Hilton hotels in Malaysia. A classic Malaysian slang, “Chup” is synonymous to the word “pause” and is often used to interject someone in a playful and friendly manner. Through this campaign, the brand wishes to remind Malaysians to take a break from their hectic dayto-day and enjoy quality time with their loved ones over a hearty meal at Hilton.

BBQ platters offer an aromatic smokiness on the palate that’s further accentuate­d by the complex flavours derived from locally inspired ingredient­s. Guests can look forward to the Batu Road Arang Platter, which comes with a

variety of juicy, premium cuts such as Daging Bakar Berempah, Aromatic Grilled Chicken and Baked Seafood. The chefs have also prepared a special condiment, Sambal Bunga Kantan, which is infused with local ginger flower and aromatic spices to add a zesty zing to the meal.

For a dash of western flavours, guests can opt for the Signature Grilled Platter which includes Oriental Lamb, Medallion Beef Steak, Aromatic Chicken, Chorizo Chicken Sausage, Grilled Vegetables and Deep-fried Potato Wedges. Located on the 25th floor of the hotel, the bar is an ideal space for a relaxing family time to enjoy the delicious BBQ fare while taking in the panoramic views of the KL skyline.

For those who’ll be hosting group or corporate dinners, they can opt for The Garden Grille’s buffet, which features a selection of traditiona­l Malay dishes that uses age-old recipes with modern-day ingredient­s. For starters, guests can tease their palate with Aneka Ulam with Sambal Belacan, Keropok Ikan and Sup Ayam Daun Limau Purut. Then, feast on delectable mains like Gulai Ayam

Minang, Stir-Fried Squid with Dry Chillies and Sayur Campur Tumis Daun Selasih, all paired perfectly with Steamed White Rice. Lastly, top everything off with desserts such as Bubur Kacang Hijau with Sago, Fresh Fruits, Assorted Sliced Cakes and Kurma.

Running from till May 31, 2021, 6pm-10.30pm, the BBQ platter is priced at RM69 nett, or RM79 nett to include beverages. While the buffet dinner is priced at RM39 nett per person, with a minimum of 30 persons required.

Diners are advised to book 14 days in advance to enjoy 10 per cent off on the total bill or receive a compliment­ary onenight stay voucher.
