As the sun dips to the horizon, gather for the ceremonial breaking of fast and experience the timeless heritage of Malaysian favourites with more than 100 classic dishes from starters to desserts with seven rotating menus. Themed ‘Citarasa Kembara Malaysia’, this year’s iftar buffet will feature treasured recipes from every state and the chefs are ready to whip up unique, palate tingling dishes that are sure to impress.
