Inspired by Malaysia’s melting pot of culture, The Dining Room will showcase a feast for the senses with live carving stations, regional cuisines and a specialised fare for a truly local experience.
As the sun dips to the horizon, gather for the ceremonial breaking of fast and experience the timeless heritage of Malaysian favourites with more than 100 classic dishes from starters to desserts with seven rotating menus. Themed ‘Citarasa Kembara Malaysia’, this year’s iftar buffet will feature treasured recipes from every state and the chefs are ready to whip up unique, palate tingling dishes that are sure to impress.
From April 13 to May 12, dine in an elegant atmosphere and sample traditional delights such as roti tempayan, lemang pulut, pansuh ikan, umai udang, mutton kuzi, briyani gam, satay lok-lok, daging dendeng Seri Pekan, patin asam tempoyak, som tam, burger bakar, otak-otak, ketam celup tepung, gulai kawah, sup gear box and many more.
