SHANGRI-LA Kuala Lumpur presents our Sajian Istimewa offerings with an exclusive breaking of fast buffet at Lemon Garden as well as signature gifts from Lemon Garden 2Go. Indulge in a bountiful spread of traditiona­l Malay dishes and specially curated gifts for loved ones to commemorat­e the joyous occasion this month.

Throughout the month, our talented Chef Safee, Chef Safril and team at Lemon Garden has put together lavish options featuring the best of authentic Malaysian favourites, Asian delicacies, internatio­nal cuisines to Middle Eastern classics.

The outlet will be serving Sajian Istimewa Buffet after sundown where diners are able to feast and break fast with family and friends over a selection of seafood and internatio­nal delicacies, alongside the main highlights — traditiona­l, signature Malay cuisine.

The inviting atmosphere boasts a single seating capacity of 230, alongside well-placed buffet spread counters, live cooking stations surroundin­g a koi pond where guests can amble among the extensive array of cuisine and lastly, a dessert pavilion filled with after meal sweet bites.

Traditiona­l-influenced dishes include Daging Rendang Minang, Kambing Masak Kurma, Udang Masak Sambal Petai, and Ayam Masak Lemak Chilli Api just to name a few.

Fitting with the occasion, we have live-cooking stalls as part of our “Bazaarlike” concept at the terrace garden offering Lemang Pulut, Ketupat Palas, and three types of serunding alongside Deep-Fried Cempedak, Apam Balik, Durian Cake, Bubur Kacang, Ais Batu Campur (ABC) and Pandan Mango Sticky Rice to get your appetite running.

The carving corner serves Roasted

Lamb with condiments while the barbecue stall serves Tikka Mastih, Kubbiedieh, Ayam Pandan and more upon requests.

Our seafood counter offers sea specialtie­s varying from Tiger Prawn, Mud

Crab, Green Lips Mussels to Scallops alongside a wide selection of Sushi and Sashimi. All other stations — namely Cold Cuts, Chinese, Italian and Western — will be in operation as well, offering guests a wide range of varieties.

To end your evening, take a short walk to the dessert pavilion where Pastry Chef Fazriza Che Zainudin and our talented Pastry team has filled up the line with mouthwater­ing desserts such as Onde-onde Cupcakes,

Rose Bandung Macaroon, Tropical Tiramisu, Strawberry Clafoutis, Morello Berry Linzer

Tart and many more.

From April 2 to May 4, Sajian Istimewa Buffet Dinner, where it is available daily, will start to serve from 7pm to 10pm. From Monday to Thursday, it is priced at RM198 nett per person and for Friday and Sunday, it is priced at RM268 nett per person. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 dine at half the price while children below the 6 years old dine for free.
