Sydney-based company Karst Stone Paper makes luxurious hardcover and softcover notebooks using recycled calcium carbonate and a manufacturing process that leaves a 60 per cent smaller carbon footprint than traditional paper. Not only is it more eco-friendly, stone paper is also waterproof and tear resistant.
