Secondly, it is glaringly true that only businesses which include agility and technology (in true Industrial Revolution 4.0 form) in their DNA will survive and thrive in this pandemic phase. It is a lesson which cannot be taken for granted moving forward.
Finally, the realisation of how much that extra care matters. Extra care for self, to remain steadfast through this long run; extra care for elders, that fine line which determines one’s survivability.
