Pergamon is one of Germany’s largest museums, home to a rich collection of ancient artifacts and large Babylonian, Greek and Roman buildings like the Ishtar Gate of Babylon, Pergamon Altar, and Market Gate of Miletus. Comprising three separate museums, Pergamon Museum is home to the Collection of Classical Antiquities, the Museum of the Ancient Near East, and the Museum of Islamic Art.
