Louis Vuitton’s latest collaboration sees the maison paired with the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the pre-fall LVxNBA men’s collection. In its second season, artistic director Virgil Abloh’s vision is to once again fuse both powerhouse trademarks in a celebration honouring pop culture, fashion and sports. The bags from this collection featuring basketball-net detailing and NBA insignia, includes ball pouches and basketball carriers. The leather bags reveal a similar grain texture evoking the feel of a classic basketball, whilst also exhibiting a vintage look with its natural leathercoloured exterior. In line with the authentic savoir-faire principles of Louis Vuitton, this collection comes adorned with the house’s monogram.
