At a limited production of 149 units, this Ultimate Series Elva roadster is one of the rarest McLarens ever produced. We love that an almost-limitless degree of personalisation can be provided by MSO, which delivered a groovy retro vibe to this stunner. The Elva, which follows the McLaren P1, McLaren Senna and Speedtail in the marque’s Ultimate Series, recalls the McLaren-Elva sports racers of the 1960s that were among the first sportscars designed and raced by Bruce McLaren. In the tradition of McLaren’s super-lightweight engineering, the Elva sports a screenless and roofless design that incorporates an innovative Active Air Management System (A AMS) that creates a virtual canopy over the seamlessly integrated cockpit. Its performance is equally astonishing, with 815PS and 800Nm delivered by the 4-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine.
