PINK GOLD PASHA
The everlasting Pasha de Cartier watches have stood the test of time ever since its entry in 1985. Over the years, the iconic pieces have become instantly recognisble with its powerful lines and grid, Arabic numerals, crown cover, and clous carré despite having countless iterations to date. Inspired by the Pasha of Marrakesh whose love for watchmaking made him a loyal client of Louis Cartier, the initial watches were made for men, but in time women took a liking towards them and thus, the Pasha timepieces for women was born. This year, one of the highlighted pieces is the new 30 mm version in 18k pink gold. It has a crown set with sapphire cabochon and a bezel adorned with 42 brilliant-cut diamonds of 0.86 carats. With Cartier’s QuickSwitch system, personalisation is made easy with interchangeable straps, steel or gold adornments, and going for a design with or without diamonds.
