It has been an interesting time for the horology world indeed. This year, we saw the Watches and Wonders fair take place virtually in April, unveiling unexpected collaborations and of course, new models from Rolex, Chopard, Patek Philippe and more. With watch trends shifting each year, it’s quite exciting to see how watchmakers have faced challenges and embraced the digitalisation of the industry. While humanity has certainly suffered due to the pandemic, the same can’t be said for the quality of watches that continue to impress with some of their strongest works to date, proving once and for all that the watch industry is indeed a resilient and dare we say; timeless one that’s here to stay.
