Each dainty 17.7 mm by 24 mm quartz-powered timepiece flaunts a white-gold case set with 53 brilliant-cut diamonds and features a coloured dial of matching cabochons in mother-of-pearl that mingle with a further 20 brilliant-cut diamonds.
