Revolutionising Property Development

The beginning of Joanne Kua’s career saw her tasked with several roles with Munich Reinsurance and Deutsche Bank, London. She then decided to return home to put her incalculable experience to good use. Appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of KSK Group Ber had in 2012 and Managing Director of KSK Land a year later, Joanne found herself as a young executive that had a lotto prove to her stakeholders. Hands-on and believing in the power ofp repreparation, she quickly gained the respect and admiration of her peers for her efficiency.

Her next big project is the muchanticipated launch of 8 Con lay, aRM 5.4 billion development in Kuala Lump ur comprising of two towers of branded residences each designed by Steve Leung & YOO (a residential and hotel design company) and Kelly Hoppen for YOO, respectively, a five-star Kemp in ski Hotel and a lifestyle retail podium.

With such a colossal project under her belt, Joanne is also set ting her sights on KSK Cit y Labs, a branch under KSK Land incorporating technology to the traditional industry of property development.
