Raf iza Ghazali was appointed as the Group Chief Executive Off icer of Cradle Fund Sendirian Berhad (Crad le) in 2020, bring ing w ith her over 26 years of ex perience in f inance, aud it , investment , strateg y and business development. In her role, she has successf u l ly implemented programmes rang ing from technolog y-based innovations and cor porate-startup partnerships to organisationa l transformation and re-structuring. Prev iously, Raf iza was the Chief Financia l Of f icer at Velesto Energ y Berhad and Head of Group Innovation & Business Performance at Sime Darby Berhad. She holds a Bachelor's Deg ree in Science (Economics) from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Strateg y & Innovation from the Säid Business School, Universit y of Ox ford.
