Always dreaming and hoping for a bet ter Malaysia, Yang Berhormat Puan Yeo Bee Yin’s stint i n politic s first star ted in 2012 at the age of 29, when she worked on a project with the Democratic Ac tion Par t y (DAP).

Developing a t as te for politic s and finding it a great way to finally make a positive i mpac t, she has never l ooked back since.

When she was just 35 years of age, YB Yeo Bee Yin was sworn in as the Minister of Energy, Technology, Science, Climate Change and Environment as par t of the new Malaysia Cabinet under Pakatan Harapan, placing her as the youngest female minis ter in the Cabinet.

Now the engineer by training and Cambridge graduate ser ves as the Member of the Malaysian Parliament f or Bakri, Johor, a pos t she has assumed since 2018. She remains ac tive i n her climate advocac y and s trives to use her position of power f or the bet terment of the nation.
