As an anti-corr uption leader, Cy nthia Gabriel is natura l ly a passionate proponent of human rights. She has spent much of her professiona l career in the f ield of promoting good governance and democratic freedoms, founding the Center to Combat Corruption and Crony ism (C4). This year, the US Embassy in Malaysia honours Gabriel as its nominee for the 2022 International Women of Courage Award, for her demonstration of exceptional streng th and leadership.
