Equipped w ith more than 20 years of ex perience, she is an advocate of female advancement and mentors women to help them in leadership roles. Prior to her cu rrent role at Meta, she was the Managing Director of J. Walter Thompson ( J WT) Malaysia for approx imately three years. Internationa l ly, she has ser ved in business leadership roles in China .
