FOUNDER LEADWOMEN

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Anne Abraham is a national powerhouse when it comes to levelling the playing ground for women in the field. Following her incredible journey at major corporations, Abraham left the corporate world to strike out on her own. As a result, she founded LeadWomen in 2011. There, she and her team work to increase women’s representation in senior leadership and on the boards of corporate Malaysia by advocating for, training and developing board-ready women. In 2020, LeadWomen was appointed as the Malaysian partner for the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles Activator Programme.
