Datin Paduka Shuhaimi Baba is an internationally-recognised director, writer and producer who, in the 1990s, has won awards at several international film festivals. Iconic horror films from her such as "PontianakHarumSundalMalam 1" and its sequel, as well as "Waris JariHantu", remain as the cultural benchmark. She is currently the Executive Director at PETRA Media, working alongside Dato’ Afdlin Shauki, an entertainment juggernaut of a similar calibre. In this role, Shuhaimi oversees the production and the direction of companies under the PETRA Media brand through strategic negotiations.
