Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Lime Green

Don’t let the simplicity of this watch fool you into thinking that it was a simple dial to make. Starting by engraining a hammered pattern on a gold base, three different colour pigments are then washed, finely crushed, and then applied onto this base to create an ombré effect. The layers have to be added one by one, each time requiring a firing in an oven. In total, this Grand Feu enamel dial was fired 12 times to achieve the desired effect. The result is a stunning dial, offering complexity in its fumé effect while the hammered pattern beneath captures and reflects light randomly as the dial is moved.
