NINAGAWA MACBETH 23 to 25 Nov
The iconic samurai classic returns to Singapore after 25 years. Performed at the Esplanade, the production is the late theatre titan, Yukio Ninagawa’s interpretation of the Shakespeare text. It features his trademark blend of Eastern and Western styles.
GASTROMONTH 30 Oct to 26 Nov
This event is dedicated to Singapore’s culinary heroes and Michelin- starred restaurants. Specially curated dishes will be served at over 40 participating restaurants, including Aura, Bacchanalia, Peach Blossoms, The Song of India, Joel Robuchon and Shoukouwa. www.gastromonth.com
28TH RAJA MUDA SELANGOR INTERNATIONAL REGATTA 18 to 25 Nov
This world- class event sees participating yachts vying for the prestigious Raja Muda Cup as they race along Malaysia’s west coast. Starting point is the Royal Selangor Yacht Club, with checkpoints at Pangkor, Penang and the final stop in Langkawi.
COUTURE INSIDE OUT – 1950s PARIS AND LONDON 22 Nov
Held at the Fashion & Textile Museum in London, this exhibition is a rare opportunity to view the ins and outs of couture construction. Visitors will get to examine the internal structure and sewing techniques of some of the finest high-fashion houses in the world.
