Zenith’s El Primero was born in 1969 and in that same year, Land Rover introduced its first luxury off- road vehicle, the Range Rover. The partnership between these two trailblazing brands started in 2016 with the El Primero Range Rover Special Edition and continues this year with the Chronomaster El Primero Range Rover Velar. Velar, of course, is the latest model launched in 2017 as Range Rover’s most refined SUV yet.

Like the chassis of the car, the case of the watch is made of aluminium but to protect it from scratches, Zenith had it treated with black ceramic. The resulting effect pairs beautifully with the vertical brushed charcoal grey dial with copper accents.
