The St Regis Kuala Lumpur is offering indulgent feasts to celebrate the Lunar New Year this month. The hotel’s eight- course set menus will be offered over the festive period, starting with three prosperity Yee Sang variations ( based on a recipe by the hotel’s owners) followed by individual servings of handmade Jiao Zhi dumplings, rice with supreme fish stock and more. Vegetarians will not feel left out with a vegetarian menu, while a very special set will be served on the seventh day or Ren Ri (22 February).
