Usher in the Year of the Dog with a tra­di­tional Can­tonese ban­quet at Li Yen, The RitzCarl­ton Kuala Lumpur’s award­win­ning Chi­nese restau­rant. Chef Le­ung Kwai Hong has crafted six menus fea­tur­ing trea­sured Chi­nese in­gre­di­ents, pre­ceded by a req­ui­site Pros­per­ity Yee Sang. With dishes such as dou­ble- boiled chicken soup with abalone and mush­rooms, roasted duck, braised pork knuckle with oys­ters and steamed clay­pot rice with Chi­nese waxed meats, it will truly be a Lu­nar New Year to re­mem­ber at Li Yen.
