AC­RO­BATIC-IN­SPIRED WORK­OUTS

As some­one who is into run­ning, and weight-train­ing at the gym, I’ve been think­ing about adding a new work­out to my rou­tine. Not that I was bored with my usual work­outs, but I was look­ing into try­ing out a new form of ex­er­cise just to have a va­ri­ety. The ar­ti­cle ‘Catch Some Air’ in the De­cem­ber 2017 is­sue gave me some fun op­tions with dif­fer­ent types of ac­ro­batic-in­spired work­outs. The Kan­goo re­bound work­out par­tic­u­larly ap­pealed to me. It sounded fun, and easy on the knee and joints – just about the right op­tion for me as I’ve just re­cov­ered from a knee in­jury. Thanks for the ar­ti­cle, SHAPE Malaysia. I think I’ve found just what I needed.
