We’re of the opin­ion that hum­mus is de­li­ciously per­fect any time of day. Make morn­ingfriendly straw­berry, blue­berry, cherry, and mango ver­sions to wake up the taste­buds. Use white beans, tahini, spices, and herbs, and turn them to a mix of savoury and sweet that re­ally works. Slather it on toast, stir a spoon­ful into plain Greek yogurt, add a healthy dol­lop to your break­fast bowl, or use it as a dip for fruits and veg­gies.
