Why Go

This five-year-old restaurant is tucked away from the city bustle in Bukit Damansara, and is relatively unassuming on the outside and minimalist inside.

tatler tips

The menu reads well enough with a wide, varied selection that criss-crosses Europe—from Spanish tapas and paellas to Italian pastas and hunky steaks.

• Seafood lovers will appreciate the squid ink seafood paella, which was nicely cooked and tasted just as well.

• Be warned that the cuts of beef can be pretty thick at 400-plus grams and that can cause problems in ensuring the doneness.

• The wine list offers a mixture of labels from the Old World and the Newworld. However, their house pours are very limited— only one red and white wine.
