• A good dish to start with is the hamachi carpaccio, thinly sliced yellowtail carpaccio and salmon roe drizzled with herb oil and tangy wasabi shoyu.

• Do not miss the gyuniku teriyaki with its 200g of prime Australian beef tenderloin glazed with savoury teriyaki sauce and cooked to a succulent medium well.
