Tanzini Upper Deck presents a choice of three set menus comprising three, five and seven courses. The menus change monthly, so there is always something new to explore.
• Past hits include: a marvellous Brittany blue lobster in vanilla and star anise butter, and a delightful offering of French snails pan-fried in butter and parsley and served with truffle jus.
• Red meat cooked flawlessly is often the highlight of the mains. The dry-aged striploin with Catalan pistachio and beetroot crust, and the confit of Suffolk lamb loin come perfectly seared outside whilst maintaining a pink juicy inside.
