• The signature dish of rogan josh consists of chunks of lamb braised in aromatic spices. As spice goes, it is mild on the palate of Malaysians but it tastes very good.

• Another signature dish is the kasir gadh, a tasty Kashmiri fish curry cooked to perfection in rich and creamy curry.
