Order a plate of delicious roasted pork Chinese-style, which comes with a rich crackly rind and juicy flesh—the perfect accompanim­ent to Belgium draught beers such as Hoegaarden, Leffe and Grimbergen. The restaurant serves its own tapas-style dishes called bapas, which include bacon strips and pigs in a blanket, i.e. sausages wrapped in bacon. The signature pork knuckle, which perfectly showcases the full flavour of this crackle-encrusted bundle of porky juiciness. It’s worth coming for this alone.
