The menu at Cedar on 15 may be relatively compact, but there is plenty to be had—from French oysters and Australian lobster to Memphis-style ribs and Norwegian salmon.

Start with the fresh burrata cheese, which is cleverly presented to resemble a Japanese sushi roll and comes with basil olive oil on the side. The cream of topin ambour aka Jerusalem artichoke boasts complex flavours and is highly recommended. It is served with truffle oil on the side to use at your discretion, a lovely unique touch. In fact, many of the dishes at Cedar on 15 come with little add-ons like this. You can’t go wrong with the Wagyu tenderloin, which has just the right amount of fat and needs little adornment.
