Chamber’s Grill
WHY GO
Chamber’s Grill wears its love for meat on its sleeve and is unapologetically carnivourous. In short, this is a meat lover’s dream come true, but expect to pay a premium price.
TATLER TIPS
Apart from a unique robatayaki style counter, it also boasts special Himalayan salt chambers where prime cuts are dry-aged to intensify their flavour and improve their texture.
The mains come in suitably hearty portions, so be sure to pace yourself from the get-go. Sound choices for light starters include the tiger prawns with baby mesclun and roasted Roma tomato soup with Pacific Blue swimmer crab. For the true and true carnivore, the Tomahawk and the Porterhouse are must-tries. For slightly more modest appetites, there is always the grain-fed 250g Wagyu striploin with marble score 9+ for an equally exquisite experience. Enjoy with the excellent mash or hand-cut steak fries.
