Qba’s menu is laser-focused on getting the basics of Latin American cuisine right in a modern presentation. Grilled dishes are a must-try here, be it the red meats or seafood.

Be sure to order the Wagyu ribeye. The hulking piece of meat weighs in at 220 grams and is as good as it gets on its own. Try the signature Qba Surf and Turf, a whopping combination of tiger prawn, Black Angus sirloin, clams, scallop, tropical ginger slaw and new potatoes, to boot. The macadamia chocolate is a must for the sweet-toothed: rich chocolatey nutty mousse encased in a chocolate sphere and topped with cacao sorbet, sprinkles of chilli walnut crumble and lashings of berry sauce.
