The menu at The Restaurant is now a mixed bag of Western, Asian and fusion dishes. Vietnamese beef tartare and Atlantic cod poached in coconut Thai-style stand alongside the likes of slow-cooked lamb cannelloni.

The sweet corn “veloute” seabass cheeks comprises creamy sweet corn soup married with fresh buttered seabass cheeks and cauliflowe­r panna cotta—a very well prepared dish with smooth texture and excellent flavours. For hot appetisers, try the pan-roasted duck breast, which is nicely complement­ed by a beetroot and walnut salad. Be sure to order the Black Angus beef, which is cooked sou-vide, and gorgeously paired with truffle croquette, anise carrots and an onion “soil” broccoli puree.
