The restaurant is located within a mock French chateau, so it is not surprising that the culinary direction is haute cuisine. Slick and attentive service is provided by staff, who are impeccably dressed for their white gloved table service. Choose from four tasting menus available.

While the portion is small, the marble 9 Wagyu beef is incredibly tender and packed with all the juicy fatty flavours that only Wagyu can deliver. Fish lovers will enjoy the Dover sole gently poached in butter and accompanied by delicious sides of broad bean cream, morel mushroom and crustacean sauce.
