Peking duck is a speciality here. The crispy duck skin is wrapped in delicate pancakes by the skilful wait staff, and watching their performance is part of the total experience. The Chinese-style beef steak is so tender that it simply dissolves in the mouth. This is a dish not to be missed. There are few surprises in the dessert selection but both the Szechuan pancake with red bean paste and the hot peanut cream with dumpling provide a fitting end to a very delicious meal.
