WHAT TO ORDER
The Hokkaido scallops are grilled perfectly as they still retain their silky texture. Each bite is just as tender as the last and go very well with the green pea moussoline. The citrusmarinated tiger prawns is beautifully presented and is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the tastebuds. The mango and papaya has a nice fruity tang while the toasted sesame seeds give the dish a nice texture.
The Kelly Galloway oysters come with a ginger and lemongrass vinaigrette and yuzu pearls. These plump and juicy oysters are extremely fresh and delicious. The Black Angus ribeye meanwhile is cooked to a lovely medium rare — nice and brown on the outside, lovely and pink in the middle. The grilled asparagus and hand-cut steak fries are wonderful accompaniments to the steak in both flavour and texture.
