Another good call is the ravioli di pesce — little pockets of ravioli loaded with chunky salmon and made more indulgent with a thick cream sauce that echoes the same salmon sweetness.

The house signature, spaghetti alla risata, is a generous serving of pasta, swimming in a seafood tomato stew that brims with sweetness thanks to ample prawns, clams and squid.

Fans of strong cheese will love the pizza pera e gorgonzola, a blue cheese pizza texturised with mozzarella and walnuts. Pear shavings lend the cheese a nice caramelised sweetness and the slight bitterness of the rocket leaves cut through the oiliness, giving the dish added flavours.
