WHAT TO ORDER

The pan-seared foie gras is a rich and delectable appetiser and when paired with succulent honey persimmons, it is a classic fit of sweet and savoury indulgence.

For mains, the grilled beef tenderloin, bordelaise sauce and pan-seared sweet bread is a flavourful dish. The generous beef tenderloin is grilled to the required doneness and served on a reduction of red wine, shallots and bone marrow. The pan-seared sweet bread has a nutty bite and is crispy on the outside, and soft, moist and creamy on the inside. An excellent complement to the tenderloin.

For a sweet ending, the le soufflé au votre choix (Cointreau soufflé) definitely rises to the occasion — light and fluffy, and baked to perfection. The light orange notes of the Cointreau leave an aromatic, light and crisp flavour on the tongue. All three dishes complement each other and make for a stellar French dining experience.
