WHAT TO ORDER

A fish and seafood trolley is wheeled around the restaurants for guests to select what they want and then the chefs cook this in the open show kitchen.

Several fish are offered, while prawns and scallops in their shell are just some of the premium items on offer. Guests can also select from a slab of sirloin sitting on the grill counter and a selection of sausages is also available.

Tapas are also offered daily with pre-dinner drinks and include bar staples such as nachos, quesadillas and buffalo wings. Nachos are prepared differently around the globe with Qba’s tasty interpretation being a generous portion of corn chips, melted cheese and dollops of sour cream with mashed avocado and mashed beans on the side.

Everything is fresh and there is sufficient variety to keep hungry diners satisfied.
