The chef scraps a decent dollop of heated raclette onto the Wagyu patty, and there are caramelised onions and spicy sriracha to boot. Specialising in Western classics, sometimes with Asian ingredients— think salted egg pasta, pandan cheesecake topped with jackfruit compote, and Thai milk tea ice cream—the restaurant has given us less reason to fear mall eats since their opening.
