This slightly dated Chinese banquet restaurant has well-meaning staff, but they could use a refresher course in the art of doling out recommendations—while the menu is peppered with original creations, the waiters are set on steering you in the direction of their safer dishes. Heed our words instead: Do order the BBQ Iberico pork ribs, a sweet and smoky symphony paired with green chilli sauce, but take care when enjoying the glutinous rice with mud crabs; though fragrant and flavorful, the dish is laden with small pieces of crushed shell, which might prove hazardous for young children. It’s no wonder the establishment seems to get quieter by year.
