Both nostalgic and novel at once, Li educating the younger generation on old-school favourites that would otherwise be lost in today’s Instagrammable dining culture. From housemade spam sandwiches to platters of chicken chop, the foods we grew up with are given grown-up twists by Chef Lim Heng Kit and team. Excelling in the sweets department, Li also puts out a stellar coconut panna cotta with pandan jelly, a fresh interpretation of kuih tako. 2019 was an exciting one for Li as the restaurant now has a sister bakery in the form of Provisions.
