PINCE & PINTS

Campy but fun, Pince & Pints requires its patrons to get crackin’ down on lobsters. Flown directly from Maine, the shellfish are chopped up and stuffed into sandwiches, baked with ample amounts of cheese, or served simply with a side of herbed butter sauce. What sets the lobster shack apart from its contemporaries in America is the availability of Asian-style dishes, such as the chilli lobster and the lobster noodles with ginger and scallion. For a restaurant with the word ‘pints’ in its name, it was surprising that they didn’t serve draft beer—this was our single disappointment.
