If you have to get one dish only, make it the red wine chicken, a quintessential example of Hock Chew or Fuzhou cooking. Though comically named, the Uncle Lim Fantasy Prawns are seriously delicious in their accompanying black bean sauce. Likewise, Uncle Lim’s Aromatic Fish served on banana leaves come with essence of lemon grass and ginger, and pair well with an ice cold beer.
