Ember Beach Club

Ember Beach Club is a relaxing restaurant located next to the gorgeous pool and beach of One&only Desaru Coast. The place has an immediate trendy and fashionable vibe about it, perhaps due to the club music always thumping in the background. The food served here is truly outstanding and comprises a wide variety of fusion dishes. We enjoyed the superbly crunchy fried calamari with its delicious dipping sauce. Also worth mentioning are the amazing Malaysian chili crab, and the fish fillet with red pepper sambal served on a banana leaf with tangy mango and onion sauce. The highlights of our experience, however, were the perfectly cooked Wagyu ribeye steak with fried onion rings and the grilled seabass with crispy skin, seasonal leafy vegetables and a light cream sauce. Did I mention they also have an amazing selection of pizzas? We had a fusion version with coriander and chilies, which was light and perfect.
