Despite being a new player in the industry, Akar Dining is a strong showing by Chef Aidan and his team. Their food is rooted in French/ European flavours and techniques —featuring classics like chou farci and fish quenelles—but bravely strays from the norm with more modern interpretations and Asian influences, which is where they shine the most.
