2019, Concubine continues to ignite Chinatown with a combination of intriguingly constructed cocktails (coconut-washed Bacardi and peanut butter-washed vodka make guest appearances) and contemporary Asian dishes to nibble on. Culinary street cultures from Thailand, England, Japan, and Malaysia meld together to inform Concubine’s edible offerings, producing such curiosities as cheeseburger-stuffed gyoza and green tea-smoked lamb. Quaint they might sound but the flavours all worked well!
