Ee Chinese Cuisine has a really good spread of Chinese food that everyone can enjoy. Yes, it is pork-free but they have done a fantastic job with the flavours. Little morsels like dim sums, where there is little to hide or mask flavours, were done to perfection. The star dish was undoubtedly the Chicken Char Siew Buns but we also enjoyed mains such as the Oven Baked Lamb Cutlet with Chef’s Signature Sauce. Service is generally good but there’s room for improvement.
