With an ever-evolving menu of inventive dishes and intentionally crafted cocktails and natural wines, Small Shifting Space (SSS) is a real doozy of a space. Located in the buzzing hub of Petaling Street, its size (small, as its name alludes to) belies the big flavours the SSS team is capable of delivering. Highlights were the mushroom tortellini—a punchy mushroom filling wrapped within paper thin pasta, nestled in a bath of tangy, umami consomme—and the beef tartare.
